According to the U.S. Department of Education, Mississippi Delta Community College in Moorhead allocated $169,915 to men’s basketball teams in 2024, which is $1,090,893 below the state average of $1,260,808.
In 2024, Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena allocated $590,828 to its women’s basketball programs, which is $213,868 below the state average of $804,696, according to data from the U.S. Department of Education.
In 2024, Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi allocated $451,818 to its men’s basketball teams, which is $808,990 below the state average of $1,260,808, according to data from the U.S. Department of Education.
