On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Warren Central High School standout Brooks Willoughby’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park against Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.
