The Bluffs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Q4 2023’s largest nursing home in Warren County

In the fourth quarter of 2023, The Bluffs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center stood out as the largest nursing home in Warren County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 107 beds available, 15 more than the average in Warren County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 98.7 residents during that period.

The Bluffs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 2.5 recorded for nursing homes in Mississippi.

During the quarter, Shady Lawn Health and Rehabilitation|Vicksburg Convalescent Center stood out as the second largest nursing homes in Warren County, with 100 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, The Bluffs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center has spent a total of $655 in one fine and suffered one penalty.

In total, there were four for-profit nursing homes in Warren County, Mississippi.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
