It looks like winter is finally here with really cold temperatures coming this weekend.
Today will be cloudy with some sprinkles this morning. There is a 50 percent chance of rain in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid-40s and lows in the upper 30s. There is a 70 percent chance of showers during the night.
Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers. Highs in the upper 40s and lows in the mid-30s.
Wednesday will be partly sunny with highs in the lower 50s and lows in the mid-40s.
Thursday will be cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid-50s and lows around 10. There is a SIGNIFICANT THREAT of Dangerous Cold north of a line Natchez-Meridian. South of that line there is an ELEVATED THREAT of Dangerous Cold. There is a 40 percent chance of precipitation after midnight.
Friday will be partly cloudy and cold. Highs will be in the lower 20s and lows around 10.
Saturday will be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 20s and lows around 15.
Sunday, Christmas Day, will be sunny with highs in the mid-30s.
