Today's Chamber Member of the Day is @The Eye Station located at 814 West Park Avenue in Greenwood. The Eye Station works to provide the best eye care for every patient. Their doctors are experienced in the treatment and management of eye diseases, as well as prescribing glasses and contact lenses. Most major medical and vision insurances are accepted.
Dr. Todd Hall, a native of Ruston, Louisiana, opened The Eye Station on August 24, 1992. Prior to opening the practice Dr. Hall attended Louisiana Tech where he majored in Pre-Optometry and then went on to University of Alabama at Birmingham Optometry School. Dr. Hall’s favorite thing about working in Optometry is the constant changes that occur and the challenge of keeping up with those changes.
After serving The Eye Station by himself for twenty years, Dr. Hall was joined by Dr. Mary Kathryn Wilson. Born and raised in Greenwood, Mississippi, Dr. Wilson worked as a tech at The Eye Station beginning in May 2006, and then officially joined the practice as a doctor in June 2012. Dr. Wilson attended The University of Mississippi where she majored in Biology, then attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Dr. Wilson loves the doctor-patient relationships and the challenge of treating medical issues that could affect more than the patient’s vision.
