The City of Moorhead will soon be preparing its 2023 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development. This plan is used to allocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, which are provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to promote affordable housing and economic opportunities for low-to-moderate income persons. 2023 will be Year 4 of a 5-year Consolidated Plan (2020-2024) that sets strategies and goals for CDBG resources. The 5-year plan may be viewed on the Community Development Block Grant page.
