Yesterday, Ashley Kerr from Mississippi Corporative Extension Services presented an excellent program on sea turtles. She shared a short YouTube video and led the children in a sea turtle craft activity with each child naming their turtle and telling something about them. There were names like Radioactive Foxy, Amanda, Ava, Rosie and Butterfly! One turtle was even 150 years old. Great imagination used by the children.
