Census Bureau: More men than women in Charleston in 2020

Of the 2,651 people living in Charleston in 2020, 42.1 percent (1,116) were women and 57.9 percent (1,535) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Mississippi News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 260. In the 65 and over age range, there were 233 females and 190 males.
