On March 21st Delta State University hosted a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Building Expansion and Renovation Project for the Robert E. Smith School of Nursing. Guest Speakers include Dr. Vicki Bingham, Vice President Jamie Rutledge, President William LaForge, and Vice President Andrew Novobilsky.
