Census Bureau: More women than men in Mound Bayou in 2019

Of the 1,714 people living in Mound Bayou in 2019, 59.4 percent (1,018) were women and 40.6 percent (696) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Mississippi News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 644-to-362. In the 65 and over age range, there were 161 females and 50 males.
