On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Bayou Academy standout Madison Jenkins’ current college team, the Mississippi Choctaws, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Shorter Hawks.

The game took place at Sand Mountain Park. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Choctaws’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 1:30 p.m. at Sand Mountain Park against Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers.
