On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Warren Central High School standout Brooks Willoughby’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. at Swayze Field against Ole Miss Rebels.
