Of the 1,133 students attending Humphreys County schools, 97.4% were Black. Asian students were the second most common ethnicity, making up 0% of Humphreys County student body.
In the previous school year, Black students were also the most common group in Humphreys County, representing 97.3% of the student body.
In the 2023-24 school year, the total number of students enrolled in public schools in the county dropped 6.1% when compared to the previous year.
